The press will print directly on to photographs, most card, paper, leather and plastics in a range of metallic or pigment colours. Supplied as a solidly constructed kit which provides a low-cost answer to hot foil blocking.

The Welon Foil Press was designed for use in our own photographic studio and is used daily, it has proved to be very reliable and has since been supplied to many 100’s of users.

It is ideal for the printing of signature style logo’s onto photographs, mounts and some album types. The printing blocks are produced from camera ready artwork or we can design a logo for you.. A optional type holder is available as well as type in different sizes and styles.

The printing blocks or dies are mounted on the interchangeable plates, making the plate change over swift and easy.

The Foils are available in many different colours.

The Press can be used to print onto a variety of different items, such as Diaries, Key-rings, Bookmarks, Pens, business cards, etc

Photographers! - Illegal Copying will damage your wealth!

By blocking a discreet logo or signature on the front surface in the corner of your photographs, you are not only adding the look of distinction to your work, but it is less likely to be illegally copied. Stickers or names on folders or the rear of prints can be easily obscured, whilst a blocked logo on the print is difficult to hide.

In our own studio ALL our social photographs are blocked even album prints. We get no client objections and reprint orders are excellent and sell lots of parent albums ! (we recommend that all your display prints should be blocked to avoid misunderstandings). After all photography is the ultimate designer product and should have its own designer label !!.
