Any item found to be faulty within 12 months of purchase may be returned for replacement or repair.

Goods purchased (except software) in error may be returned for full refund less postage charges. If returned within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging.

Software- special effects and templates may only be returned for refund if the seal on the CD/DVD case has *not* been broken.

The Special effect and template software designs are all protected by the copyright laws. Bellwood Photography Ltd. permit the purchasing photographic studio the use of these designs and masks in the course of their business, for personal use and to supply commissioning  clients, photographs produced with the aid of these products. Photographic Laboratories who wish to offer their clients a photographic printing service using these designs must apply to Bellwood Photography for a Multi-user license.

The Software special effects, templates and instructions, may not be

• Copied in any form
• Loaned
• Hired
• Reproduced
